EDWARD JOHN COWAN It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Eddy Cowan on Tuesday, June 11, 2002. Eddy was born on October 24, 1942 in Walkerton, ON. He died at the young age of 59. He leaves behind his loving children, Benji, Reese, and Michelle; and their mother Marsha Cowan. Eddy was also survived by his aunt and uncle Ruben and Ettie Cohen; and his sister Janet. Although his family was small, he was greatly loved and will be missed by his many supportive friends. Eddy had a most successful career which began as a Chartered Accountant and reached its height at Galaxy Garments during the "Fancy Ass" days. Adored for his good looks and vibrant sense of humour, Eddy will be remembered for his love and contribution to Bnai Brith Camp and the community. Although he suffered in his later years, we all share fond and beautiful memories of our wonderful father, husband, brother, nephew and friend. Donations can be made in memory of Eddy to the Friends of Bnai Brith Camp Fund at the Jewish Foundation of Manitoba.
